DREAMING UP AN INCREDIBLE FESTIVAL THROUGH BAROQUE NUANCES THAT NEVER WAS

The “Clockbeats Orchestra” artistic director and manager Gabriele Levi announces the second edition of the International Organ Music Festival “Giuseppe Bonatti”, at the Sanctuary “Madonna di Valverde” in Rezzato (BS).
The show is divided into four free-entry concerts on the first four Sundays of October at 6:30 pm.

Passion, fascinating repertoires that embrace compositions of eternal beauty, wisdom of celebrated international performers and the incredible organ “Bonatti”: these are the ingredients that will bring our souls to cathartic places through sophisticated music nuances.

The International Festival will start with the concert of one of the most celebrated living organist of our time: Henk Verhoef, one of the few able to improvise in any style. He will play music by Sweelink, Gibbons and Froberger. In the last concert, on October 22, Giovanni Perone, a young and brilliant organist born in Molise (IT), will propose a very diversified program, enhancing the sound of the instrument “Bonatti”.

The beautiful organ is the start point of a festival that wants to relate to other instruments as well. Indeed the second appointment proposes the audience to explore Baroque music with the “Profili Barocchi” ensemble, formed by the mandolinist Davide Ferella and the organist Gabriele Levi. Another artist, from Finland, will be Antero Pellikka, a big talent that will capture us with a surprise program.

The festival is supported by Clockbeats, engaged in the realization of various manifestations of art, education and innovation.
